Max Sternstein
Founder & CEO

Max has over two decades of real estate experience, including acquisitions, development, repositioning and management. He handles all acquisitions and oversees management of the company, creating a company culture where every decision is based on our core values.  

Max believes in thinking and acting like an owner, and imparts that mentality to the entire CT team. He develops a strategic program for each acquired property, which  includes focused capital improvement, operational enhancements and community branding, all of which maximize the property’s potential.

Max develops and implements management strategies for CT’s property management operations. He also works closely with senior vice presidents and the corporate financial team to oversee property performance, operating standards, and staffing.

Zalmy Dubin
CFO

Zalmy is a seasoned accountant with over a decade of real estate accounting experience. He’s also our in-house juggler; balancing many responsibilities while propelling CT forward as an emerging power brand in the industry. Zalmy conducts ongoing performance reviews and analysis for all of our managed assets. He stays on top of the company’s HR functions and oversees tax, lender and other regulatory compliance. Zalmy also plays a significant role in both the underwriting analysis of potential acquisitions and the new property takeover process.

Zalmy is a CPA licensed in the State of New Jersey.

Doreen Antonucci

Doreen Antonucci is the Vice President of Management for CT Management. In her role, she oversees all strategic property management operations, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and training for all of CT’s growing portfolio. In addition, she is responsible for developing corporate standard operating policies and procedures. Prior to joining CT, she has held Director of Asset Management and Director of Property Management roles throughout the Northeast Region. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Multifamily Real Estate Industry. She holds both the CPM Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the CAM designation from the National Apartment Association.

Ben Drillick
Vice President of Acquisitions

Ben takes the leading role in evaluating and executing real estate acquisitions across multiple property types and risk spectrums. He sources, underwrites and negotiates new opportunities for CT Management. As VP of Acquisitions, Ben assumes the bottom-line profit and loss responsibility for project conceptualization, planning, permitting, and market and financial analysis.

Rivka Jundef
Accounting Manager

Rivka’s razor-sharp organizational skills make her the perfect leader for the day-to-day operations of our financial department and monthly reporting. Along with her ability to run a tight ship, Rivka also has five years of experience in the real estate industry.

CHARLES FISHER
Asset Manager

Charles provides oversight on all aspects of his portfolio. He handles all things administrative, financial, capital and operations for his assigned region. Charles has extensive operational expertise in capital investment, value added strategies, and value execution.

Asset Manager

Jay Orzel oversees the asset performance and management of his assigned portfolios, including multifamily and commercial suites. Jay has a rock-star record of proven results.
