Key contributor and team ambassador in creating company policies, processes, and tools to improve efficiency.

Laibel is an experienced acquisitions expert in the real estate industry. With a proven track record of successfully acquiring and developing commercial and residential properties, Laibel has established a reputation as a shrewd and innovative acquisition specialist.

Brian is a dedicated Financial Analyst and Underwriter with a strong track record of evaluating risk, analyzing financial performance, and guiding data-driven decision-making. With expertise spanning financial modeling, credit analysis, and underwriting standards, Brian has supported the successful execution of complex transactions across commercial and multifamily assets. Known for a meticulous approach and a deep understanding of market dynamics, Brian specializes in interpreting financial statements, assessing portfolio health, and identifying opportunities to strengthen profitability.

Samuel is passionate about his role as Corporate Director of Maintenance & Capex. He is dedicated to enhancing property value, efficiency, and long-term sustainability across the portfolio. Prior to coming to CT Management, Samuel served as a regional property manager, managing over 2,000 units. He excelled in optimizing property performance and implementing strategic improvements.

Andrea Martel is an accomplished multi-family housing property management leader with over a decade of experience overseeing large residential, affordable, and mixed-use portfolios across the Greater Boston area. She leads tenant relations, rent operations, compliance, and on-site teams while driving strong occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. She has a background in managing diverse assets, investment-focused operations, and large-scale residential communities. Her background also includes extensive hands-on experience in property operations, housing regulatory compliance, maintenance oversight, bookkeeping, and cross-functional team leadership.
